So how do you explain the mechanism if you don't have a clock? You
shouldn't need one if you say time is not like a force.
---------------------------------------------------
What we call time is usually measured by Inertia, the pendulum swings
back and forth by the inertia force in the atoms of the pendulum.+ the
inertia force that is in the atoms of the planet where the clock sets.
The inertial mass of an automobile seems to have a direct relation
to the fuel we burn getting from one end of a drag strip to the other
and violations are as scarce as the 'free lunch' so that seems
a pretty sound basis for a scale of time.
Or the inertia force that keeps planets in orbit, But it all goes back
to the timing inside the Atom.
But that is where timing gets absurd and we have to apply
uncertiainty corrections. Some elements are fairly stable
some extremly unstable. I remain unconvinced by your
assertion.
The only thing wrong with this scenario is it goes against the present
philosophy of ''no intelligent design'' in the creation. started by
Einstein.
No... that isn't the 'only' thing (if that really matters) It also
relies
on what we might consider a purely speculative and inplausible view
you have of atomic structure. Emmy Noether would probably
like your inertia idea tho'.
