Such little info has little meaning, it doesn't contest my suspicions.
A minute billiard reaction (as I called it) would still be observable
as a Cherenkov radiation.


Your word-salad ramblings are useless. You need to _LEARN_ about
physics, and not try to discuss what you so obviously do not understand.

You need to ellaborate better, my explanations take but a few
sentences, but they fully explain the steps to the reasoning.
