Well then in that case there is still no answer so far to the original
question?

The speed of light is c not because it's a wave, no. It's because
a) the laws that seem to govern electrodynamics (Maxwell's equations)
demand it,
b) those laws are consistent with a massless boson carrier.

than change those laws

Uh, no experimental reason to change them. And changing the laws
produces a theory that does not accurately predict experimental
observations.

In science that is generally considered a poor idea.

1 as you told me Proca (equations ) predicted mass for photons

There's no teaching you. You're very thick. Proca equations do not
predict a mass for the photon. They are what Maxwell's equations would
look like if the photon had mass.

2 i proved nonzero mass for photons based on the experimental E=hf.

You proved nothing of the kind. Maybe in your self-deluded little
mind, you proved something, but not to the rest of the educated world.

3 any physics equation *has its limits of validation*
you cant drag it ferom - infinity to + infinity even if the
mathematical
formula is alowing

True, but these are usually specified in the theory itself. But what's
this have to do with everything else? You haven't shown that any
limitations apply here. It's all on your shoulders. You simply don't
know what you are talking about.

4 i am still waiting your prove that my
E/gama = mc^2
was precedented decades ago !!!

This goes all the way back to Einstein.
