I have a degree in (insert subject here). I have worked my way up and did my
share of ass licking, and now I am one of the boys. Last week I received my
Mason ring and secret handshake signal. I get really upset when others claim
to know more than I especially since they didn't have to lick ass like I had
to. Life's unfair - since I had to bow and scrape for many years, I feel
justified in spending my valuable time on various newsgroups ridiculing, and
lambasting those people I don't even know but am obviously superior to.
Besides, I really like hurling my shitty witticisms and invectives at people
who I look down on. When I was a kid, my dad slapped me in the face for
mouthing off to him - now I can get away with it painlessly. Did I mention
how good it makes me feel to insult strangers? Besides if it was wrong, then
why are others quick to join me and compliment me on my highly intelligent
efforts to expose inferior minds? Now it is my turn to get my ass licked and
I am really insulted to know there are people living on this planet who
would rather no do to me what I had to do to others to join the Club.
Besides, if any of those cranks were actually right, well it would mean I am
inferior to them and that thought is unacceptable - my brain glows with the
power of a thousand stars, and that is that. World, you may begin the hero
worship and adulation I so richly deserve. I present to you my big fat hairy
ass - you may begin licking.
