My distance from the mirror is -x, the mirror's distance from me is
+x. x+(-x) = 0x, not 2x. When I move the image shows where I was,
not where I am now. That's very simple, if I stand 1 light-second
from the mirror I'll see myself wink at myself 2 seconds later than I
winked. I'll need a fucking good telescope though, so instead I'll
use my webcam and send the image around the internet, up to a satellite
and back to my computer and see myself wink later than I winked.
