Actual Reality Versus Observed Reality.

Actual Reality Versus Observed Reality.
When a television reporter asks another television reporter who is located
thousands of miles away a question, we can see the reporter he is talking to
waiting to hear the whole question before he can answer it.
This is as good an example of the mixing of observed reality with actual
reality, I can think of. As we watch the reporter waiting to hear all of
the question before he can answer it, we are acutely aware that he only
experiences delayed reality, the same as we do when we watch television.
That is to say, we see a life program on television a split second after the
event actually happened, over and above the waiting the reporter does as he
communicates with another more distant reporter.
Yet in relativistic physics, observed reality is assumed to be real-time
actual reality. Consequently, time is considered to flow at a different
rate when the observer is looking at an event that happens 'in a different
frame of reference', whatever that is supposed to mean.
Since our television reporters communicate with each other over relatively
long distances at close to the speed of light, relativistic concepts such as
time dilation should apply, especially when the reporter is conversing with
a fast moving astronaut. Yet we know that the astronaut's clock is as
accurate as the observer's clock and that when the astronaut returns home
his clock will be in synch. with the observer's clock, no matter what anyone
claims to the contrary.
Yet relativists continue to preach their gospel of parallel worlds, in spite
of our television experience and the fact that the concept of relativity
simply doesn't make sense, as illustrated in the twin paradox.
That is to say, I won't be surprised to receive the standard critical
response to my posting from a staunch relativist, who will accuse me of:
"not understanding what relativity is all about".
Of course in a way he will be right, since no one really understands what
relativity is all about, since it is illogical.
Enjoy, Len.
