Time varies
with speed, and whether it varies by changing the
number of seconds in a given time measurement
or by changing the length of each second (as Ken
Seto claims), that is not known yet and it may not
ever be possible to determine it one way or the
other.

??? Any given time (duration) measurement yields a number of seconds. How do
you propose to change the number of counted seconds between two events other
than by changing the length of each second?
