As long as you understand that synchro is relative to the used "rest
space"...

Well for an "aether" theory you have to consider the roundtrip to be
symetric.
It means that the roundtrip of two seconds, actually split perfect in
each traversed direction (at rest in aether)="1 second each way".
I could easily show you how to get perfect synch for aether theories if
you want me to.
I show you how to get equal traverse time for each radiosignal of party
member.

In Ritz theory this is not necessary bcs radiosignals and light is
supposed to emit from (sender,emitter) with equal velocity. If they are
at rest towards eachother and as long you use each pod to transmit and
receive the roundtrip will be perfect symetric.
Because there is no media to travel within. The bullet will extend from
the pod not the x,y,z space origin.

What SR says about roundtrip i am not sure, because there is no
restspace to travel only relative motion in SR.
But some claim that SR is an aether theory afterall and that the
(radio,light) actually travel against some kind of (media/rest) space
that would make it possible for asymetric timings for objects at rest
towards eachother. You tell me.
And as i said even if SR use same synch analogy as aether i can show
you how to calibrate the traverse times if you want me to.

This would be a valid experiment setup within my mind, possible or not
i do not know.
But if possible then we would truly know what happens to clocks and
rulers in ship (C).

moment
they pass by using the doppler shifts by reading the intervals we
receive signals from C).

Let the infinit small clockintervalls sent from (C) be timedsignals
that
(A and B) sensorpods are able to register.

The day we can let (C) fly within signifikant fractions of "c" we will
know the reality base of the framedependent clocks and rulers as
introduced by SR and Lorentz.

I rest assured that ship (C) clock stay synchronised with (A and B's)
synchronised clocks.
There will be no (latency,dilation) introduced within the clock of when
flying by A->B
It will stay synchronised it the way that (C)t2-(C)t1=(B)t1-(A)t1.

As long the ship not accelerated while pass (A and B) pod the ship
clock will always stay perfect synched with without introduction of
(latency,dilation).

This will be easy to prove by the readings performed by the pods, a
list of registered
timings in each pod show comparisson of (clocks,timings) in the fashion
(C)t:(A)t and (C)t:(B)t that will be doppler shifted, by looking at
doppler shift we can pick the exact (reading,moment) when ship fly by
each pod.

Then we perform our calculation (C)t2-(C)t1=(B)t1-(A)t1

I am confident the (numbers of timeintervals, time, ticks ) passed for
both ship and pods will be the same.

Of course we can go on doing more complex experiment including multiple

ships lasers and whatever but it is really not necessary.

And then we will know there is no time dilation, no length contraction
and really no frame
dependant distances.
*and we can pass the artefacts of SR and Lorentz (math,transformations)

*out of our knowledge system once and for all
