Is this O'Barr to O'Barr again?

I don't know what is worse, to have no one read
something, or to have a bunch of fools make comments
on it. This is a good article. Surely someone
can read this and be benefited. And surely we can
all make it a better article. But this cannot occur
unless someone reads it and then takes the trouble to
comment on it.
