Well... I'm not sure I did you any favours. The paper needs analysing,
it was written by an unknown patent clerk who had just finished reading
H.G. Wells' "Time Machine" and failed an entrance examination to be an
electrical engineer at the Eidgenössische Technische Hochschule in Zurich.
