Look what the cat dragged in from Apeiron (an antirelativistic
journal):
"Apeiron" is not explicitly "antirelativistic". But its editorial policy
is so loose that lots of crank papers get published. "Galilean
Electrodynamics" is even worse (in part because it is explicitly
anti-relativity, in part because the editors do not understand much
modern physics).

Oh, I have talked with the guy who bankrolls them, the Roy Keys guy, he
is definitely "anti"
Then Valery Dvoeglazov , one of the editors is a bonafide crank.
Is it his real name? My Russian is not that great but I think it means
"Valery Twoeyes". Reminds me of that famous composer Arthur Twosheds
Jackson.
