That is before Dr. Cahill. Wielding with this relativistic index of
refraction, it opens the door to determine one's absolute speed.
Now, I understand why Dr. Roberts attacked Dr. Cahill's experimental
interpretations but not on Dr. Cahill's claim of this relativistic
index of refraction.
Cahill simply got his equations wrong. He doesn't understand how the
speed composition law applies to refringent materials. Grade F-
