An electron can have both spin up and spin down, and so can positrons.
The 2 electrons in a helium atom have opposite spins.
In its ground state. There are excited states of the He atom that have
aligned electron spins, the electrons in orbitals other than 1S, etc.
Planck's constant has mass.
Nonsense. Planck's constant is just a constant useful in formulating
theories. It is not a physical object at all, and only physical objects
can have mass. <shrug>
Of course it's nonsense.
The photon has mass because Planck's constant has mass.
Again nonsense. The photon is observed to have a mass consistent with
zero, with an upper bound VASTLY smaller than any other particles' masses.
Of course it's nonsense.
An upper limit on photon mass of 10^-51 means that that the mass of the
photon is greater than 10^-51 kg.
You need to learn how to read. An "upper limit" is just that, an UPPER
limit, so the mass must be LESS than that value.
Erm, I think you need to read more carefully.
An experiment which establishes an upper limit on photon mass means
that the experiment has detected the mass of the photon.
No, it does not. You need to learn about errorbars. The upper limit is
due to the errorbar of the measurement, not its value.
Of course it does not.
The spin of the particle determines its charge.
Not true. Not even close. Here is a short list of various particles with
their spins and charges:
particle charge spin
-------- ------ ----
e -1 1/2
e+ +1 1/2
p +1 1/2
pbar -1 1/2
n 0 1/2
nbar 0 1/2
neutrino 0 1/2
pi -1 0
pi +1 0
pi 0 0
photon 0 1
There's no sensible correlation between spin and charge, much less a
"determination".
I know there isn't, which is why I said,
"Spin does not determine charge, and anti-particles do noy have
opposite spin."
Next time, before you post another pile of nonsense, read up on the
subject first.
Good advice. You should take it.

You need to read more carefully. I said that these statements were a
quick recap of some of the nonsense which Vergon produces.
