space and time

Just wanted to share some thoughts... I'm beginning to feel that time
is really the fourth dimension and not any different from the three
spatial dimensions. It is an illusion. I look around and I think I see
solid objects, but in fact what I see is the light emitted at different
times and different places. The solidness is therefore an ilussion.
Everthing about space and time must be symmetrical. I know there is the
minus sign for time in some equations, but that must be due to a wrong
definition of time. The correct definition must say that, just like a
point cannot be separated spatially from itself, same is true for
temporal dimension. In other words, for a point object there is no
passage of time, just like there is no motion when you don't consider
other objects. Future or past is no more weird than a distance, same
with now and here. Also in this view time travel must be possible,
maybe there are already things going backwards in time but we don't
notice.
