Hi Pete, hope you'll stay awhile.

Forever this time. I the past 8-9 years of posting on the web I've
learned ho to except things I disagree with and let them go regarldess
of how many people I think will end up with the wrong idea later. This
was my main problem. I felt responsible if I let clear errors slide.
But I won't bend easy since its these kinds of issues which made me
look very deeply into very basic concepts.

Lately a few of us have been considering forming
a new moderated group to encourage originality
and speculation that is discouraged in sp.research,
which is an educational group.

Actually I believe that it is a research group which ended up being a
teaching group.

A new group would compliment sp.research,
(which tends to be a studential forum based
on conventional understanding), by encouraging
originality and a fair latitude of speculation.

The steering commitee is designated the Advanced
Communications Research (ARC) eList, send me
an email if you want to join.

Sounds great! It'd be nice to finally have a say as to how a forum is
moderated. I hope we are mature enough to let the rules be flexible so
that we can find a good set of rules through trial and error. I will
join if everything is done to prevent insults in any way shape of form.
Sound fare?

The charter is in discussion.

Is so then count me in. I had a major crash where my C
drive crashed and I had to replace it and start over from scratch. This
means that I lost my address book. Please send me your e-mail address
to my permanent e-mail address which is

Ok

It's designed to be a much more vibrant group that's
very much needed.
Best Regards
Ken

I look forward to working more closely with you Ken. How's about we
create a web site with the basics of the physics and math on it. That
will give us a baseline. I'd be glad to do the work myself with input
from you and others.

Sure, in the past you had a site that I'd
study and occasionally correct for typos
and offer suggestions. It would be fun to
collaborate on articles, I particularily enjoy
setting up gedankens.
....

Send me an e-mail and lets talk.

Will do, expect it today.

Pete

Ken
