Re: THAT SR, AND SCIENCE GENERALLY, MUST BE CONFORMED TO THE WORKING OF THE MIND

You don't condescend to discuss anything,
but merely tell me to go off and learn what
presumably could not possibly fail to convince
me, no doubt on the supposition that I have
never tried to do so before.

Then why are you impressing Philosophy on Science? Science is
about a description of Nature. Not about what we find
"logically" or "emotionally" satisfying.

Could it not be possible, ever, that anyone
could find the teachings you refer to to be
lacking in any way at all?

Plenty of lack, but not in ethos.

Could no one ever find that they
do not enlighten the mind regarding the reality
we all inhabit, in the way you appear to
presume that they must?

No one presumes they describe Reality, only that they correctly
describe what we can measure of Reality. We can only see so far
up Nature's skirt, and we have to imagine the rest. That is what
theory allows us to do... predict what she will show us next.

What we can conceive may color / limit where we look, but Nature
shows us what She wants us to see. And what she wants us to see
is that Her garments look the same whether you move fast or slow.
And that She is as gorgeous if you synchronize clocks or if you
don't. And that She doesn't care about being "conformed" by the
human mind.
