Just checking .. by 'instantly' due you mean at the same time, and if so, in
which frame of reference? And does that then mean in other frames of
reference they will be non-simultaneous and so the effect can end up
preceding the cause?
At same time, to me, means that two events are timed by a infinite

The relativity of simultaneity is a kind of postprocessing of events
into a model
that fits some assiomatic conditions: like deform things to verify
their similarity:
frames are stretched to render the inertial systems equivalent
(locally).
Simulteneous events take place and flow all over as if they are
synchronized by a
"infinite speed signal"
In my opinion, of course.
What is intresting in this QM (entanglment and collapse) is the
possibility of using
it to absolutely synchronize distant clocks, I don't know if this has
been attempted
