The War on the Lightspeed's Vacuum?

Sure it's nice to say well that's just the way it is (= incorrect way
of forcing a theory), but:

In Equations for the motion of Fluid, permittivity and permeability
are RELATED to the Resitance to the Fluid's travel velocity (flow
rate), thereofere...

LIKEWISE

1. Can anyone "prove" that permeability...

***OR***(the "or" is because you only need one in order to destroy
the theory) permittivity

are NOT related to Restriction to Propagation of Light in space
(otherwise space is not empty)?????

---------------------------------------------

2. To negate #1, I "think" that establish lightspeed (in comparison to
fluid/wave motion) would be to compare light to "only" Three other
possible factors (in a "way"):

A) Such as light's viscosity (viscosity of the beam, energy
transmission due to inner-resiliance) ? ...but then a single
photon(althoug a wave) is not a beam...

or

B) that the speed is determined only at the point of emission ....but
that would be false since lightspeed is never slowed down?

or

C) or "Pehaps you can't slow down lightspeed in #B because "perhaps"
due to the Uncertainty Principle, where any contact with a photon
imparts energy to the photon (conservation of momentum)?

(#C cause we're so used to a friction world where as waves are
frictionless(thus energy conservation)....unless they "transfrom" into
something else)
