But, old fart, you are contradicting yourself, BaTh does not claim
that "it is always at the same speed". BaTh claims that it is at the
speed of the source compounded with the speed of light.
BaTh refutes c=constant and claims c'=c+kv.
Now, take c'=c+kv and try to explain the theory of one of the
following experiments:

1. Ives - Stilwell
2. Sagnac
