That is well known; the all too simple notion that "velocity is always
relative" is at the heart of for example the Twin paradox, the Ehrenfest
paradox and the Bell rocket paradox.
Sorry for snipping; but when rapidly going over it, I got the impression
that you try to make a point that doesn't need to be made as it is well
accepted. Do you disagree?

Are you getting confused by the accelerated motion in SR (as in TP,
BP) again? You are quoting the wrong examples again. They contain non-
symmetric situations, you conveniently forgot that. Using irrelevant
examples again?
