Do electrons actually move within an atom .. of is the electron 'orbital'
just a 'cloud' of quantum probability ?

The orbital is where the electron will most probably be with a given
set of quantum numbers.

Yes .. but does an electron actually 'move'. in the 'classical' model,
electrons were little particles that orbited around a central nucleus like a
planet around a sun. But with quantum probability orbital 'clouds' is there
any 'movement' of the electron (assuming that actually has any meaning).

Yes the electron moves [nonzero expectation value of velocity], but it
does not move in a classical orbit.
