The Group is here not to repeat what is taught in Text Books.

Newbies may also be helped to understand their mistakes. For example
when they do the effort to present exactly the mistakes they make,
usually someone points out the error.

It is
for original questions and original ideas. As soon as someone writes
his/her idea, someone comments '' crap", someone"rubbish" and so on.
Some start doing post mortem of introductory remarks and related
statements. Some divert the discussion. Some start writing abuses and
vulgarities.
This is wrong and against Web Culture.

The Web is a jungle full of scum who like to concentrate their abusive
language on unmoderated discussion groups. You have two options:

1. Live with it (most do, to the benefit of the abusers)
2. Report those to the police who overstep the boundaries (sometimes
that results in huge fines but it's not practical when the abuser
lives in another country or if the abuser is anonymous).

If original message is non-
sense or vulgar then just don't comment. but if there is anything
intelligible and new then please give some attention to it.

You overlook that people who use abusive language usually do so
because they are unable to say something intelligent! Also, you should
distinguish between stupid name-calling and strong language that is
backed up by a sound motivation (it's impolite but not abusive to
state that something is "crap" if the writer shows that it applies to
things like 2+2=5).
