motion DO radiate EM radiation (as in Synchrotrons).
It is sometimes helpful to study the design of wigglers
(undulators) to gain some insight to what is and is not
effective in enhancing the radiation.

It is more helpfull to "study" the individual magnet field lines of
forces of DIPOLE MAGNET.
And to "understand" the difference between individual momentary lines
of forces versus their net overall force (Summation only).
If a particle or Sue would STRAY or ANGLE all but slightly closer to
one magnet than normal the NET effect is reduced = radiation. (Heavier
or faster particle's become harder and harder to contain = radiation).
