O'Barr: Modifications of SR have begun.
( Please understand: There are no modifications
to be done with SR! But there will be some
important modifications as to what SR
experts will be allowed to say!)
Let us list the false teachings of our SR experts:
1) SR experts like to say that in SR, the velocity
of light is a constant, c, in all inertial reference
frames.
This statement will have to be changed. It is
physically impossible for any one object, like a
photon, to be going by multiple inertial reference
frames with the exact same relative velocity, when
there are different relative velocities between these
frames.
2) SR experts like to say that SR, as a theory,
cannot allow an absolute reference frame.
This, of course, is an obvious lie. LET proves
that SR math is perfectly at home with an absolute
reference frame concept.
3) SR experts like to say that in SR, everything is
relative. I think some have already backed down from
this, so let us just look at the first two points.
When we study SR in a more complete way, we find
that all independent SR observers do not confirm this
statement that photons move past all reference frames
with a velocity of c. Not only do all independent
observers confirm this, but all these independent SR
observers also explain why c is being measured by
those frames who do measure it. It is not being
measured because the actual relative velocity is c,
but only because the tools being used in these
specific frames are using clocks and rulers and syncs
that are not what they should be to make correct
measurements.
When all these details are considered, the
following must now be demanded of all SR experts.
The only scientific thing that can be said is this:
The speed of light in any inertial reference frame
can only be said to have a measurement of c. Its
actual velocity is unknown. It is known that the
measurement of the relative velocity of light in any
inertial reference frame is, by all independent SR
observer, everything but c. Since there are in
essence millions and millions of independent
observers, then by the preponderance of the SR data,
it must be accepted as the most likely correct
decision, that light is really moving at some other
velocity than c in any given frame.
(actually, all it really takes is only one valid SR
measurement that is not c to put a stop to this
physically impossible condition of saying that
the speed of light is c in every frame. And
here, of course, we have an unlimited number
to both varify and to explain why it is not c.)
Only those in a frame find a measurement of c
within their own frame. And these millions and
millions of other observers show that this
measurement of c, when it is obtained, is due to the
changes seen in the clock rates, the changes in the
lengths of the rulers, and the setting of syncs, in
the frame that is measuring c.
Now I have said the above several times. And not
one SR expert has come to say that these things are
correct, and that they are going to change their
thinking. To me, this is a dangerous thing for any
person to do, to ignore something that is correct.
What I am saying is correct. What I am saying is
going to cause a change. We are going to see SR as
just a measurement science. As a measurement
science, it is very important. It is vital. SR math
is going to remain as a correct theory of
measurements. But the interpretations made by SR
experts are going to change. And this change will be
most important.
Thanks for reading.
