New Hypothesis i cooked up ! Can it be true !!!

Hi!
I have tried to develop a hypothesis. It sounds really wierd but i
want you to tell me if it could be even 0.05% right
Suppose the speed of light can increase beyond its known value.
Suppose that In the higher dimensions it can .. Then as the speed of
(photons) light would increase the mass of the photons could also
somehow increase. And it could turn into dark matter !!!
Drawback - photons have 0 rest mass but, but it does behave as a
particle as shown by the photoelectric effect
