According to the Theory of Relativity, there isn't a unique answer to the question of /when/ the twins' differential aging occurs, but there does happen to be at least one measurement procedure that will indicate that the stay-at-home twin only ages faster than the traveling twin at the traveler's instantaneous turnaround.
I like to think - although having been the recipient of a high school
drop kick as the result of my lazy and disruptive attitude and being
mathematically challenged to the extreme with an almost non-existent
education in the subject of physics - that my challenge to that
attempted negation of the paradox was successful.
