ABOVE: No work is done by the Magnetic Force on the CHARGE.
REASON: Work is done by the Magnetic Force on the Charge's Circular
Magneticr Field.
As Well: Deflection direction ALSO corresponds with the direction of
the Charge's Circular Magnetic Field.

The magnetic field in the wire(the charge) determines the direction
of
the current and emf.
Further Quote from the same McGrawHill Physics book:
"From this it follows immediately that the magnetic field of the
current produced by the induced emf strengthens the field on the side
toward which the wire is moving and weakens it on the opposite side
(=
direction of deflection). Once we know the direction of the magnetic
field associated with the induced current, we can let the fingers of
the right hand curve along the lines of force; the right thumb then
points in the direction of the induced emf.

Incorrect: F =E1E2 F= k^2 qq/r^4
Likewise because the following is incorrect: F=B1B2 F= Uo^2 qv1 qv2 /

Correct: F= qvB
For the above reason because F=E1E2 is INCORRECT even though it is the
interaction between TWO TWO TWO TWO TWO TWO TWO TWO TWO electric
fields
