Yes, you can do this, but there's no physical content to that statement. Any time you have some mathematical equations that mention a variable x, you can do a substitution of variables to replace x with something like y = sinh x. For the same reason, you can define coordinates (x,y,z,t) for the whole universe such that the x, y, and z of places on Earth don't change with t. But that doesn't tell us anything about the universe. Some coordinate systems are better than others in that the laws of physics have a simpler form with respect to those coordinates. There's nothing wrong with a geocentric model of the solar system, but a heliocentric model is simpler, and that /does/ tell us something about the universe. It's in that sense (and only that sense) that the earth is really moving.
