And then by all the satellites which have been slowed
by 38 usec/day, then launched and found to tick at the
same rate as the ground clocks once on station within
0.1% or so.
So your statement is a little truth-challenged. Lacking
in truth-value. Made up. Inconsistent with empirical
reality.
Then, where is the report that indicates this verification?
As Professor ever so fondly says "Show me the error bar", I want to
see more analyses on the error bars.
