Yes, this is the case if you still are betting on the classical
theories. <shrug>

Of course you can identify a point in the universe by time and spatial
coordinates. But that does not change the fact, that physical LAWS are
the same in all frames.

Why should we accept a theory based on the Relativity Principle?

It's possible to derive, or verify, Special Relativity (SR) from
experimental facts.

With the combination of the following, SR manifests the twin's
paradox.

** Time dilation
** Principle of relativity

The only way to resolve the twin's paradox is to abandon all or either
of the above. Since no experiments can support the manifestation that
would result in the twin's paradox, no experiment is possible to
verify SR ever. Showing time dilation only is not supporting SR. In
fact, it falsifies SR because if time dilation is observed, the
symmetry of the Lorentz transform or the principle of relativity must
break down to allow the resolution of the twin's paradox.
