SR stands for Special Relativity. But in truth,
SR really stands for stupid relativity.

Tell me Gerald. What does the term "4-D reality"
mean to you? The literal
meaning of it means that all possible events
require three spatial
coordinates and 1 temporal coordinate. This
existed before relativity but
found extended use after relativity and in
an entirely new way.
O'Barr comments:
What a sad understanding you have. A one
dimensional reality could have within it 4
variables, and do what you have just said.
But this is not the meaning of a 4-D reality.
If you have a 4-D reality, then space and time
become the same, in the sense that time can
become space and space can become time, just
by a simple rotation, etc. Surely you must
have been told this at some time or another.

And yet, there is not one test to unambiguously
establish such a concept.

Sure there is. As I see the problem here is
that you're making far too much
out of 4D spacetime than there really is.
The _only_ meaning that can be
assigned to this 4-D relatity is
that events have a location and a time.
That's all there is to it. If you look
at your clock then that yields and
event in spacetime. You knew where you
were at the time you were there.
O'Barr comments:
It has nothing at to do with what I am
doing with this 4-D junk. It is what the
SR experts are doing. Why don't you tell
them that 4-D only represents 4 data
points? You are correct, but they will
laugh at you. They really believe that
there is a real 4-D spacetime continuum.
At least, that is what they say!
