pattern for the 2 slit experiment.
When are you going to realize that charge is noise, not signal?
Neutrons have no charge, but they diffract. Neutral molecules, fairly
large ones, diffract. And the difraction in all cases is completely
described by slit geomtery and momentum.
Quit confusing yourself with the wrong details.

You snipped the most related part which is that it't the electric
field that moves inside a wire and forms the wave pattern.
As to continuously deny the possible effects of the electric field
because of Neutrons is insufficient. Neutrons are formed of quarks,
they must have their own type of field, perhaps due to gluons. Don't
know if they have a magnetic field like the null charged photons.
The electric field will not simply vanish away, and it doesn't need a
second counterpart (proton) to form waves.
