LET fails .. it does not handles those issues that relativity does. It
falls apart as soon as there is gravity.

Not at all .. he expands upon it .. LET fails as SR fails when grvity is
invovled. .However, GR (which includes SR as a subset and show how SR is
changed by gravity) does work. LET fails.
