I don't think so. You can't copyright ideas. You can copyright
particular expressions of ideas (such as books in which ideas are
presented), but the ideas themselves can't be copyrighted (oh, I do
dislike that clunky word).
And for those who need these things to be made explicit: IANAL (I am not
a lawyer).
