However, I guess you interested in how
GR accounts for Coulomb Force!
It doesn't, because GR is a theory of gravitation rather than
electromagnetism. E&M only enters into GR as source terms in the field
equations.
Hmmmmm. How does Mass and Length inter-convert
in GR?
