That is a well-established fact. That paper was published in 1905. But
Einstein knew it was not a general result. However it was a general result
in the sense that the mass of a body changes with its energy content, no
matter what kind of chage of energy it may be. It was incomplete in the
sense that it only applied to inertial mass and not passive or active
gravitational mass. In 1906 Einstein published a paper regarding the
conservation of the center of gravity and demonstrated that the center of
gravity will be conserved for a closed system if an amount of mass, m, is
assigned an energy E according to the relation E = mc^2. In 1907 Einstein
wrote the article "On the Inertial of Energy Required by the Relativity
Principle" in which Einstein stated, regarding E = mc^2

The 'general' answer to the question posed is not yet possible because we
do
not yet have a complete world view that would correspond to the principle
of
relativity. Rather we must limit ourselves to the special cases that we

handle at present without regard to arbitrariness from the standpoint of

Einstein's this derivation involve many parameters
e.g. number of light waves , magnitude of energy of light waves,
angles at which waves are emitted and velocity v. These parameters
have numerous values, but Einstein has taken just handpicked values of
parameters. The results are different if other feasible values of
parameters are considered.
On the contrary. In the first place the "number of light waves" is
irrelevant since the derivation was completed for a single arbitrary light
wave in any direction with any wavelength. The "number of light waves"
follows easily with no calculations by merely adding the results of
numerous
waves. The parameters were quite general and therefore there was no
"handpicking" of values. If you disagree then please be precise and
provide
a reference to his work where Einstein chose a specific value.
From L =mc2 Einstein's speculated (DID NOT DERIVE as in Sep 1905
paper) E=mc2 .
I disagree. Its well-known and quite obvious to anyone who read that paper
that it was a derivation and nothing else. There was especially no
speculations done. Einstein started with basic results derived from the
postulates of relativity and applied them to the energy and mass change of
an arbitrary body emitting an arbitrary amount of radiation (within
reason.
Obvioulsy a body can't emit more radiation than it has the mass-equivalent
to do).
The basis of discussion is PEER REVIEW articles published in
International Journals and presented in International Conference in
USA and ENGLAND.
Please provide the specific reference to these "peer reviewed" articles so
that I may read them for myself. Thanks.

found incorrect.
Faraday did not have proper school education, and you are emaling due
to electricity he discovered. OK , read , understand and CONTRADICT
Ajay Sharma in international journals.
