Yes .. I agreed, once the word 'look' was pointed out (as in the illusion
you get when you physically see it, because when an object is moving there
is an illusion that it appears to twist so as to reveal more of the
'backside' of the object). Of course, if the sphere has some markings on
it, you would see it appear spherical, but also rotated somewhat
