Yes. It is VERY CLEAR that he did not MEASURE anything traveling faster than c. And it is VERY CLEAR this experiment has nothing to do with "quantum tunneling", and it is VERY CLEAR that standard classical electrodynamics describes his measurements quite accurately -- that, of course, includes propagation at c, and only at c (in vacuum).
