"using up a photon" is like using up your luck in
a gambling casino. There exist no physical entity
corresponding to *luck* or *photon* but they are both
statistically measurable.

If yes, then the question of c=constant is over for me in that form
that the mechanism behind is now explained and I don't need the axiom
