This is sort of metaphysical for 'the part cannot describe the
whole'.  It (our minds) can only find relations for things that affect
our measurements.  Our measurements, though, are controlled by the
part (us).  They only reflect a direct influence --- not necessarily
an outside reality.  That's why there is this popular theory called
Relativity (relasticity for some).

Start preparing yourself to understand this universe without a
'relative measurement' being the sole source of obtaining a theory.
But this relative measurement 'has to be' a subset of reality.

Answer why we can only measure as we do.
