If you want to discuss SR's "simultaneity" then use *its* definitions;
do not use your definition (your concept).

SR defines "time" and "simultaneity" in a specific way. When you use
SR's definitions, SR *implies* that two events which are simultaneous
for an observer will not be simul. for another (moving) observer.

"Read the Holy scripture", says the priest.

"Only we priests can interpret the Holy scriptures. You have no hope
of understanding them."

"Trust us."

SR represents the ultimate BS with the content of religious faith.
Relative simultaneity cannot be interpreted by SR. Relative
simultaneity is the manifestation of the Lorentz transform only and
only through the very combination of the principle of relativity and
time dilation. Relative simultaneity because of mutually equal amount
in time dilation cannot allow any event to be pin-pointed in an
absolute time line. Well, the Michelson-Morley experiment proves
relative simultaneity WRONG. Any interferometer allows any photon in
the interference to be back-tracked in time to show where it was every
time. For more than 100 years, the physicists are still swimming in
excrement. <shrug>
