I don't know what you mean by studying. You are making up sentences
and claiming Einstein said them. You are insisting Einstein said
something and you can't cite the exact page where he said it. You show
an equation but you don't show Einstein's words. You are not studying
relativity so much as making up your own version.
Because Einstein didn't say it. That link you like to cite
doesn't indicate that he said it. It shows an equation with c+v and c-
v. However, these don't refer to the speed of light as measured by an
inertial observer.
