We know that the very successful GPS (Global Positioning System) use a
unique inertial system denoted by ECI, where the Earths centre of
mass is at rest. Since 1905 Relativity we also know that all inertial
systems are equivalent, not existing a privileged one. I am now
curious to know which is the Suns trajectory in the ECI and the
possible relationship with Galileo and Ptolomeus system of world
ideas.

There is no GPS and Einstein didn't say there was.

Einstein didn’t know GPS, it was designed after him. I don’t
understand what relationship are you establishing between Einstein and
GPS.
