Planet & Satellite Paradox (just for fun!)

Imagine two planets, each with a satellite, moving towards each other
at a constant velocity, where that velocity is within the same order
of magnitude as the speed of light (e.g. v = 0.75*c).

What do you think the astronomers on one planet make of the other
planet and its satellite?
What observation would the astronomers make of distance between the
other planet and the satellite?
Similarly, what would be their observation on length and time on the
other planet?
How would this affect the nature of the orbit?

Please feel free to use any contraction method you see fit!
