I imagine that must feel good somehow. I can't think of any other
reason you'd do it.

Let's see what happens when nobody responds to him.

I anticpate a new thread within 5 days of the last response.

I am way ahead of you, Eric. I started a new thread last night. What
I am hoping for is an unmolested post about the Galilean
transformation equations. If I can keep scientists occupied with this
thread, perhaps they will not molest the other one.

Now why on earth, Robert, would you post something to a DISCUSSION
group if you don't want people discussing it, or as you call it,
molesting it?- Hide quoted text -

Wonderful to learn you have changed your mind about discussing the
Galilean transformation equations, PD.

I didn't say I wanted to discuss them. I want to discuss why you would
post something to a discussion group while saying that you don't want
people to "molest" your post.

Let's discuss that.

Here are the Galilean
transformation equations:

x'=x-vt
y'=y
z'=z
t'=t

Go ahead and discuss them.

Right.  Well, go ahead with your discussion.
Robert B. Winn

I already have. I asked a question. Normally in a discussion, when one
person asks a question, another person answers the question. Also
normally in a discussion, when one person makes a statement, it is not
presumed that the statement will be not be "molested" by other
comments.

Why do you make posts to a *discussion* group, Bobby, if you don't
want your posts "molested" by discussion?
