That's simply not right, Hank. You're repeating an error that's been
corrected already. Not all speeds are frame-dependent. All speeds are
relative. From this does NOT follow that all speeds are frame-
dependent, without an additional assumption. And that additional
assumption turns out to be experimentally, numerically incorrect, for
ALL speeds.

Anything that takes time to go from A to B has a speed.

Frames differ solely in respect of their relative speeds.

The speed of anything is therefore frame dependent.
