4. - Does the Aether Exist? >
In my works, the word "ether" denotes the continuous aspect of a
local material field, whether or not it has particles in it.
Other than basic matter itself, which is continuous and compressible,
thus is able to move through any local field, there is no other kind
of matter.
< 5. - The Resurrection of Absolute Velocity by Quantum Experiments >
"Absolute velocity" is the speed of anything at all relative to the
background material taken as referent.
On the largest scale of all, the universe, there is no such thing as
an absolutely stationary material field, nor, therefore, an "absolute"
velocity either.
9. - Dr. Einstein's Error and the Introduction of Curved Space >
There are at least four heretofore unrecognized mathematical errors
in E's 1905 paper; one of which rules out his LTE-generating
conclusion that phi(v)= phi(-v) = 1.
As to "curved space"; it is absurd to claim that empty space is
curved, or has any other physical properties. Minkowski's "curved
spacetime continuum" is actually a mathematical map of the density
gradients in matter-filled space; and of the resulting deformations of
lengths and rates of embedded objects and of the path of transient
things such as light-waves passing through those gradients.

In my latest book, "The Universe" (now being written), I show that
the Compton Effect - which experimentally cancels the all-or-none
quantum theory - explains the red shift, which is responsible for the
big bungle theory. The book then says,
"As to the background radiation - now taken as a remnant of the
initial bang - there is a limit to the amount of energy a given atom
can hold. When that atom absorbs another bit of energy it releases a
whole quantum of energy. When the mechanisms of the quantum effect
and the Compton Effect are explained later, it will be seen that
although a whole quantum of energy is emitted, tiny increments can be
absorbed once it is released, and the red-shifted rest of it will
continue on.
"The primary law of Physics, 'Matter cannot be created or
destroyed', is correct. It therefore has always existed and always
will. Accordingly, the Big Bang theory is false.
"That which exists, but cannot be created,
always existed."
The universe always existed and always will.
13. - The Nature of Particles >
A "particle" is a self-perpetuating matter-energy configuration that
owns the material of which it is made. A light-wave, which travels
through ever-changing portions of a material field, is no such thing.
the present notion that light is made of particles ("photons") is
another absurdity believed by most physicists.
