NOTICE: RFD: sci.techniques.scanning-probe

This is a notice to readers of sci.physics.research that a REQUEST FOR
DISCUSSION (RFD) is underway on the proposal to create the new unmoderated
group sci.techniques.scanning-probe.

Copies of the RFD can be found at either of the following locations:

As stated in the RFD boilerplate, discussion on the proposal should take
place in news.groups since it would be off topic on sci.physics.research.
