Hi everyone,

I have deposited in the physics archive a new model for the origin of
life. It involves application of the thermosynthesis idea (that the
first organisms used thermal cycling as energy source) to the RNA
World.

The url is:
http://www.arxiv.org/abs/q-bio.pE/0501013.pdf

I have also deposited a somewhat older ms on the emergence of
photosynthesis:

These papers are recommended especially to those interested in the
thermodynamics of the origin of life.
