If you read my paper on classical electrodynamics, you saw that the
third-rank object had many features that resembled a baryon, e.g., nucleon.
I now believe that this object IS a baryon, and that the dipole
discussion -- while an interim step to get there which remains valid -- is
merely part of the picture.
I have added a formal derivation to show why this object is a baryon. It
contains terms which are integrals over all the quark currents; that is, it
integrates over the various goings-on within the entire nucleon.
